Why Use the Prayer Notebook System?

The Prayer Notebook is a tool designed to help you concentrate during your prayer time. It also allows you to remember the importance of praying with your focus on God's glory.
The Notebook includes a visual instruction booklet along with samples that encourage you to think through your present prayer life. You might find, like I did, that you spend much of your prayer time with "emergency prayers" and often leave out those aspects of prayer that seek to see our lives, and the lives of those we love, conformed to the image of Christ. We tend to miss the important prayers provided throughout Scripture that should inform our own prayers (Ephesians 1:17; Ephesians 3:16-19; Colossians 1:9-11; 2 Peter 3:18 and more). |
